Guide to the Villages at Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort

Beaches Turks and Caicos is an excellent option for families looking for a luxurious, convenient tropical Caribbean vacation. While the Beaches Turks and Caicos resort has separate villages, guests of any village can access the entire resort—including restaurants and amenities. It’s a large resort but also walkable, so don’t worry too much about which village you choose. Affordability and room type, in my opinion, are the most critical factors.

My first three-night stay at Beaches was complimentary as part of an event. Our second and fourth stays were at our own expense and on our third stay, we paid our own way but did receive a room upgrade.

The Italian Village is right in the center of Beaches Turks and Caicos, making it an appealing place to stay. The front of the village is located along the beach, with a large, lively pool in the center. The Italian Village pool is the busiest and most active – but it’s also the most difficult to get seating at. Our favorite type of room at the Italian Village is the concierge family suite with kids’ room. This room type is perfect for a family – there’s a separate kids’ room with bunk beds and a separate main bedroom.

The French Village is in the back of the resort, furthest from the beach. Although it is still a pretty quick walk to the waterfront, these rooms don’t have ocean views. It is closest to the Pirate Island waterpark, the Xbox play lounge, the Red Lane Spa and Fitness Center, the jungle room game room, the food trucks, and a few restaurants. There’s also the French Village pool, which is large, but less busy than the Italian Village pool.

Key West Village

The Key West Village is the newest village at Beaches Turks and Caicos. It was previously an independent resort that was acquired, but despite that, it now blends right in with the resort’s look and feel. Key West is at one of the resort’s furthest ends. It has beachfront access but the smallest, quieter pools. The rooms are nice here, and it feels like one of the resort’s more luxurious, quieter parts.

Caribbean Village and Seaside Villages

The Caribbean and Seaside Villages share the same main lobby and reception area. This area is one of the largest and contains the kids’ camp area. It stretches from the beach to the French Village. This area has many great, convenient room options and is often the best choice for a family. In addition to the beach access, these two villages have two pools —the Iguanas Pool (at the Iguana’s swim-up bar) and the Cascades Pool (by Arizona’s restaurant—also with a swim-up bar).

Concierge and Butler Rooms

When booking a room or suite at Beaches Turks and Caicos, you’ll find standard rooms, concierge rooms, and butler rooms. Concierge rooms include benefits such as access to the resort concierges to book the reservation-only restaurant Kimonos, daily snorkeling trips, glass-bottom boats, a Dad and Me basketball shootout, a concierge lounge, and restocking of in-room bars.

Butler rooms are the ultimate in luxury. You’ll have access to a dedicated butler who will set you up with a pool cabana or beachfront seats each day and bring you food while you enjoy the sun. In addition, they will escort you to the restaurants you choose for dinner. Read more information about the Beaches Turks and Caicos Villages here.
